The three month working experience with the Horizon of Excellence Ltd has marked my best record I've ever had in my life so far. I joined the Horizon with absolutely no idea about the M&E process and yet I had to participate in data collection for the study "Robust Impact Evaluation Experiments in Rwanda" over different Government entities as well as NGOs. So the Horizon of Excellence Ltd trained me not only on how to do impact evaluation but also the whole process of the program M&E. As a result, I very quickly accumulated the knowledge and skills which I used thereafter to gain the competition for a new position of M&E in Government entity which I currently hold.
